About the role

This is a builder's role. You will own the commercial function end to end: the pipeline, the playbook, the positioning. You'll partner directly with the founders on the firm's most strategic accounts and shape the sales and marketing engine that will carry us through the next stage of growth.

Wealth management is a sophisticated buying landscape. The role rewards an operator who can earn credibility with C-suite at top private banks and wealth managers, translate complex agentic AI into business terms, and run a disciplined commercial process from first call to signed contract.

What you'll do

  • Own the full deal cycle, from prospect identification through to commercial close, with the founders as your wingmen on strategic accounts.
  • Build the go-to-market motion. Define the ideal customer profile, qualification framework, deal stages and forecasting discipline.
  • Shape sales and marketing strategy across the firm. Set messaging, positioning, demo flow, pricing presentation and channel approach.
  • Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineering on customer scoping calls, technical demos and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Carry and exceed a meaningful number. We'll be transparent about targets and the compensation that comes with hitting them.
  • Hire and lead the next sales and marketing hires as the firm scales. The function will look like what you build.

What we're looking for

  • Track record carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally in wealth, fintech or another regulated industry.
  • Credibility to sit opposite a CEO, COO or CTO at a major wealth firm. You can hold the room and earn the next meeting.
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it changes how wealth firms operate. You don't need to be technical, but you do need to be genuinely curious.
  • Disciplined operator. You run a clean pipeline, you forecast accurately, you don't let deals slip.
  • Comfortable in a small team with high autonomy. You'll build the playbook, not inherit it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You write a clean follow-up and you handle a difficult call.
